Iowa to Adopt Income Shares Model for Child Support
The Iowa Supreme Court is likely to adopt new child support guidelines that will be effective July 1, 2009. Iowa will adopt a variant of the "income shares" method of calculating support. More on this will be coming in the next few months, but for now, here is a link to the Court's Orders page where additional information can be found.
