Iowa Court of Appeals Family Law Decisions

Today's decisions from the Iowa Court of Appeals include cases addressing post-secondary education support, parental alienation, and the usual slew of juvenile cases. Of particular note is the decision of In re Marriage of Thompson, where the court emphasized, once again as it has in several recent rulings, the serious consequences that can result from a failure to simply act in a civil manner toward the other parent.
